SBP Suspends Exchange Company’s Licence

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) revoked Noble Exchange International (Pvt.) Limited’s authorization/license on Wednesday due to violations of relevant rules and regulations.

SBP stated in a statement that the aforementioned exchange corporation, including its head office, branches, and franchises, can no longer engage in any foreign currency-related business activity.

Customers should avoid engaging in financial affairs with the exchange, according to the central bank’s announcement.

The banking regulator has been quite tough with exchange corporations that do not follow its requirements. The watchdog has strict rules and regulations for exchange companies, and in less than 18 months, it has suspended the licences of more than ten exchange companies.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
