Saudi Prince Mohammed bin Fahd has Passed Away

The Royal Court of Saudi Arabia announced on Wednesday the passing of Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

The funeral prayer is scheduled to take place today, January 29, following the Asr prayer at the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Mosque in Riyadh.

Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif, expressed deep condolences over the demise of the former Governor of the Eastern Province and son of the late King Fahd bin Abdulaziz.

In a message shared on X, the prime minister paid tribute to Prince Mohammed bin Fahd’s exceptional public service and contributions to Saudi Arabia, emphasizing that his legacy will be remembered.

“On behalf of the people of Pakistan, I offer heartfelt condolences to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Royal Family, and the people of Saudi Arabia,” he said.

The prime minister also prayed for the deceased, asking Allah to grant eternal peace to his soul and strength to the family to endure the loss. “May Allah elevate his ranks in the Hereafter. Ameen,” he added.
