Electric vehicles for umrah pilgrims

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques has given electric vehicles (EVs) 24 hours a day, seven days a week for elderly and disabled Umrah performers and pilgrims, allowing them to easily execute the required rituals.

Around 9,000 EVs are available for visitors to the Great Mosque, and they can be reserved in advance using the Tanaqol (transport) smartphone app, which aims to serve pilgrims and Umrah performers using the most recent technical innovations.

The app facilitates the purchase of tickets, the pre-booking of EVs, and the reduction of crowds at points of sale and delivery.
