The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched new features on its Nusuk platform to simplify the process of booking and praying at Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif in the Prophet’s Mosque, Madinah. These initiatives aim to provide an enhanced experience for pilgrims and visitors.

Two innovative booking options are now available on Nusuk. The Instant Booking feature allows pilgrims to schedule multiple visits to Al-Rawdah Al-Sharif throughout the year, depending on availability and capacity. Meanwhile, the Waitlist option notifies users when a booking slot becomes available, ensuring more accessibility for visitors.

The Nusuk app serves as a one-stop solution for issuing permits related to Umrah, prayers, and visits to the Two Holy Mosques. It ensures compliance with capacity guidelines and offers a streamlined system to manage visitor flows effectively.

To ensure public safety, Nusuk integrates with the Tawakkalna app, verifying the health status of visitors. This integration further simplifies the experience for pilgrims by aligning health and spiritual requirements in one platform.

For international pilgrims, Nusuk also facilitates electronic visa applications, eliminating bureaucratic hurdles. By digitizing these processes, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah continues its efforts to make the pilgrimage experience smoother and more accessible for Muslims worldwide.
