To generate excitement, Samsung released a teaser video, hinting at the upcoming product. A recently leaked image suggests that this new model may feature a slimmer profile than the standard Galaxy Z Fold 6, leading to speculation that it could be dubbed the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Slim.

Leaked specifications indicate that the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition could include:

  • A 200MP camera
  • A Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC
  • A 6.5-inch outer display
  • An 8-inch main screen
  • IP48 protection for the chassis

When unfolded, the device is expected to measure 4.9 mm in thickness, making it nearly as thin as the current thinnest foldable, the Honor Magic V3, which measures 4.4 mm. The device will measure 10.6 mm when folded.

With the launch date confirmed, more teasers are anticipated leading up to the announcement. However, rumors suggest that this new foldable may be exclusive to China and South Korea, raising hopes that it will be available in other markets as well.
