Russia Welcomes Pakistan-India Tensions De-escalation, Hails Step Toward Regional Stability
Moscow — Russia has warmly welcomed recent efforts by Pakistan and India to ease tensions, describing the development as a positive move for peace and stability in South Asia.
In an official statement released by the Russian Foreign Ministry, Moscow expressed strong support for the agreement between the two neighbors aimed at reducing hostilities and encouraging dialogue. The ministry called the deal “an important step forward” and voiced hope that the initiatives would lead to durable and long-lasting normalization of relations.
