Applications for the Rotary Peace Fellowship 2027–28 cycle are now open, offering fully funded opportunities for Pakistani students and global applicants. The program is designed to support individuals committed to peacebuilding and conflict resolution through advanced academic training.

Organized by Rotary International, the Rotary Peace Fellowship selects up to 170 fellows each year. These candidates are placed at leading universities within the Rotary Peace Centers network. The fellowship covers full tuition, accommodation, travel, and fieldwork expenses, making it one of the most competitive global scholarships.

Since its launch in 2002, the Rotary Peace program has supported more than 1,800 fellows from over 140 countries. Many graduates have gone on to work with major international organizations such as the United Nations and the World Bank. Others have contributed to governments, NGOs, and policy institutions around the world.

To qualify, applicants must demonstrate strong leadership skills and a clear commitment to peace initiatives. A bachelor’s degree is required, along with proficiency in English. The fellowship offers two main tracks. The master’s program is for candidates with at least three years of relevant experience. The certificate program is designed for professionals with a minimum of five years of experience.

The application process for the Rotary Peace Fellowship is completed online through the official portal. Candidates must submit a detailed CV, academic transcripts, essays, and recommendation letters. In addition, applicants need endorsement from their local Rotary district before final selection.

The deadline to apply for the program is 15 May 2026. Officials encourage early submissions to avoid last-minute issues. Due to the competitive nature of the fellowship, applicants are advised to prepare strong and complete applications.

Experts say the Rotary Peace Fellowship plays an important role in developing future global leaders.
