A large-scale operation involving firefighters and the police ensured the safe evacuation of all 75 individuals.

The ordeal occurred due to an electrical issue that caused the cable car system to stop, lasting nearly 10 hours until the problem was resolved. 48 people were stuck at the highest point of the cable car, approximately 4,000 meters above sea level.
Eventually, all individuals were rescued, some being carefully lowered to the ground using ropes and others returning to safety within their cabins.
