Special programs paying homage to Quaid-e-Azam for his unparalleled contributions to Pakistan’s independence are being broadcast by Radio Pakistan and Pakistan Television.
Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, who passed away on this day in 1948 shortly after securing freedom for the nation, continues to be remembered and revered.

President Dr. Arif Alvi has reaffirmed the commitment to transform Pakistan into a modern Islamic welfare state in alignment with Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s vision. In his message on the anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam’s death, he emphasized the importance of adhering to the founding father’s guiding principles for Pakistan’s progress. President Alvi stressed the need to focus on the welfare of women, youth, and the marginalized sections of society. He also highlighted the significance of providing education and alleviating poverty to elevate Pakistan to a great nation.
Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar, in his message on Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s death anniversary, emphasized that making Pakistan an Islamic welfare state is the most fitting tribute to the founder of Pakistan. He called for unity, the elimination of divisions, and dedicated efforts towards Pakistan’s development.
