[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]TikToker Sandal Khattak has told a federal court in Islamabad that she filmed her former friend Hareem Shah with her permission.
As she was being held in the Shah video leak case, Special Judge Central Islamabad heard Khattak’s application for post-arrest bail. The court granted her bail after hearing the arguments.
The suspect’s declaration on Tuesday contradicted what she said during a prior hearing, in which she claimed she did not film Shah’s films.
During the Tuesday session, Khattak’s lawyer stated that her client was not served with a summons before two charges were filed against her. “Hareem Shah filed two FIRs against Sandal Khattak in Lahore and Peshawar.”

According to the lawyer, Khattak was live broadcasting and did not publish taped videos to social media networks.
“There was no evidence obtained from Sandal Khattak’s mobile phone.” Furthermore, TikTok’s policies prohibit the sharing of illegal content.”
He went on to say that Shah was laughing while being filmed, therefore the films were shot with her permission.
The lawyer stated that the authorities found nothing against his client while she was in prison and that she is not required for further interrogation.
He further stated that, despite the fact that his phone was taken into custody, Shah’s cell phone was not secured.
Following the arguments, the judge granted Khattak bail because she was just arrested after her bail application was denied.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
