150 Guinness World Records Pakistan’s Athlete Sets Global Milestone

Pakistani athlete Rashid Naseem has created history by completing 150 individual world records. The achievement has been officially confirmed by Guinness World Records through its website.

According to Guinness World Records, no other athlete in the world has reached this number individually. The verification places Rashid Naseem in a unique global position. Officials confirmed the data after reviewing his latest performances.

Rashid Naseem achieved his 150th record by breaking a previous benchmark held by England’s Josh Laya. He completed 340 full-extension punches in one minute. He performed the task while holding a one-kilogram weight. The earlier record stood at 333 punches.

Along with this milestone, Guinness World Records approved two additional records achieved by the Pakistani athlete. One of the records involved a highly technical challenge. Rashid Naseem threw an egg into the air and broke a walnut mid-air. He then caught the egg without cracking it.

During this attempt, he broke 80 walnuts in one minute. The previous record was 72 walnuts. That record belonged to an athlete from Germany. The egg remained unbroken throughout the challenge.

Another newly approved record was achieved in the nunchaku category. Rashid Naseem repeatedly tossed a nunchaku into the air. He caught it with his other hand each time. He completed the move 36 times. The target set by Guinness World Records was 18.

Officials issued a verification email confirming all three records. The complete details are now publicly available on the official Guinness website.

Rashid Naseem lives in Shah Faisal Colony, Karachi. In 2025 alone, he has had 31 records approved. In 2024, he achieved 28 approved records. This makes him Pakistan’s leading record holder for two consecutive years.

He dedicated his 150th record to Palestine. He also stated that he has not yet received official recognition from the government. He said he continues to represent Pakistan at the international level.

Rashid Naseem has defeated Indian athletes more than 40 times in record contests. He has also broken records held by athletes from the United States, England, China, Iran, and Switzerland.
