Ramiz Raja Not Included in Asia Cup 2023 Commentary Panel

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has revealed the impressive lineup of commentators for the highly anticipated 50-over Asia Cup 2023, set to be held in Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Distinguished cricketers such as Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Aamer Sohail, and Bazid Khan will be representing Pakistan. The commentary team will also include Australia’s Matthew Hayden

India will be well-represented by an array of renowned figures including Ravi Shastri, Gautam Gambhir, Harbhajan Singh, Irfan Pathan, Sanjay Bangar, Piyush Chawla, Sanjay Manjrekar, Deep Dasgupta, Mohammad Kaif, Aditya Tare, and Rajat Bhatia.

Additionally, former cricketers Marvan Atapattu, Dominic Cork, and Andy Flower will also be joining the commentary panel for the 13-match 50-over Asia Cup.

Surprisingly, well-known cricketer-turned-commentator Ramiz Raja and Indian cricket analyst Harsha Bhogle will not be participating in the commentary panel for this tournament, a development that might catch fans off guard.

The much-awaited tournament will kick off with Pakistan facing Nepal on August 30 at the Multan Cricket Stadium, accompanied by a grand opening ceremony.
