Qatar promises Pakistan’s development plan its “complete support.”

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]DOHA: The Amir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, met with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday to discuss a wide range of topics that benefited both countries. He reaffirmed his commitment to maintaining Qatar’s full cooperation and support for Pakistan’s development and progress agenda.

The Pakistani PM will attend the 5th United Nations conference on the Least Developed Countries while in Doha for a two-day official visit.

The conference, which will take place from March 5–9, 2023, will discuss ways to hasten sustainable development in Least Developed Countries so that they can advance toward prosperity.

PM Shehbaz and the Qatari leader discussed ways to improve the two nations’ strong collaboration in a variety of areas, particularly the economic and investment sectors, according to a PMO statement.

The Qatari amir welcomed the prime minister and reaffirmed his commitment to enhancing the economic ties between his country and Pakistan.
