The Pakistan Super League (PSL) is expected to retain its April-May window for its 11th season in 2026, once again clashing with the Indian Premier League (IPL). Initially, December-January was considered, but logistical challenges and competing tournaments like BBL and ILT20 forced the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to stick with the summer slot.

The possible addition of two new franchises could further extend the tournament by up to two weeks, requiring adjustments to Pakistan’s international cricket calendar, including a potential rescheduling of their series against Zimbabwe.

Despite overlapping with IPL, PSL 10’s success, including participation from stars like David Warner, has encouraged PCB to stick with this plan. An official announcement is expected after finalizing discussions with stakeholders.
