PSL 10 Schedule Revealed, Opening Match Set for Rawalpindi

The 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL 10) kicks off on Friday, April 11, with defending champions Islamabad United facing two-time winners Lahore Qalandars at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

The six-team tournament, running from April 11 to May 18, features 34 matches across four cities. Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium will host 13 matches, including both Eliminators and the final. An exhibition match is also scheduled for April 8 in Peshawar, with participating teams to be confirmed later.

Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium will host 11 matches, including Qualifier 1 on May 13, while Karachi’s National Bank Stadium and Multan Cricket Stadium will each host five games. The event will also include three double-headers on weekends and Labour Day.

Karachi Kings, champions of PSL 5, will start their campaign on April 12 at home against last season’s runners-up, Multan Sultans. Meanwhile, Multan Sultans, winners of PSL 6, will face Lahore Qalandars on April 22 in the first match at Multan Cricket Stadium.

Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium will see its first PSL 10 match on April 24, featuring Lahore Qalandars, winners of PSL 7 and 8, against Peshawar Zalmi. Peshawar Zalmi, PSL 2017 champions, will play five matches in Rawalpindi, while Quetta Gladiators, winners of PSL 4, will play five matches in Lahore.

PSL CEO Salman Naseer expressed excitement over the milestone 10th edition, highlighting the league’s growth into a globally recognized tournament. He emphasized that fans can expect high-profile international cricketers and 34 thrilling matches across Karachi, Lahore, Multan, and Rawalpindi.
