According to recent reports, political party members and supporters have already begun blocking traffic on numerous main thoroughfares in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Murree Road, Faizabad, and Koral Chowk, as well as roads in the G10 and G11 sectors, have all been closed.

According to social media postings, a statewide demonstration would commence at 05:00 PM across Pakistan. The Islamabad Capital Territory Police (ICTP) has imposed Article 144 in the city and has threatened individuals who do not comply with harsh punishment.

Due to demonstrations, the department is redirecting traffic from Faizabad, Khanna, and Koral to Lethrar Road and Peshawar Road. It has also been notified that traffic will be disrupted near the Saien Mirchu Darbar halt on the Srinagar Highway.

This is a developing story, as more people come out to join the nationwide protests. All travellers should keep informed and organise their trips properly.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
