Influential Individuals Attack Family in Jhang Suburbs, Authorities Yet to Act
In a shocking incident in the suburbs of Jhang, influential individuals stormed the home of an innocent family, allegedly over a minor dispute, and subjected women and children to harassment and violence.

The altercation reportedly began with a trivial argument between Ali Haider, a 17-year-old boy, and his friend. The dispute escalated when the elders of Ali’s friend, armed with iron rods and other weapons, forcibly entered Ali Haider’s house.
Inside the house, women and children were subjected to fear and abuse as the intruders disregarded the sanctity of the household. Witnesses claim that the attackers used threatening language, pushed and harassed the women, and even waved their weapons in the air, further escalating the tension.

Plea for Justice
Ali Haider’s family has filed an application with the police, demanding legal action against the accused. However, no case has been registered yet. The police have assured that legal action will follow soon, but the delay has raised concerns about justice.
The family has also appealed to District Police Officer (DPO) Bilal Iftikhar to take immediate notice of the incident. They allege that the accused have a history of illegal activities, including gambling, and have faced arrests in the past.
