President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have officially handed over the electric vehicles they received as gifts from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to the Toshakhana.
During his visit to Pakistan, President Erdoğan gifted the vehicles to the Pakistani leadership as a token of friendship.

Vehicles Transferred to Toshakhana
- Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had already submitted his vehicle to the Toshakhana the previous day, as confirmed by the Cabinet Secretariat.
- President Asif Ali Zardari followed suit by handing over his gifted vehicle as well.
Symbol of Bilateral Ties
Earlier, during his visit, President Erdoğan presented an electric vehicle manufactured in Türkiye to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. In a symbolic gesture of strong Pakistan-Türkiye relations, the two leaders took the car for a drive together.
This move highlights Pakistan’s adherence to official gift regulations, ensuring transparency in handling state gifts.
