The district administration and the police have issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the public gathering scheduled at Minar Pakistan in Lahore. However, this authorization comes with several stringent conditions. Organizers must provide an emergency exit route and collaborate closely with the authorities.
The permit explicitly prohibits speeches critical of the judicial system, the military, or any other institution protected by the constitution. Due to general security concerns and threats from various sources, organizers have been cautioned and instructed to ensure the safety of attendees and the general public throughout the event.
The conference area must be secured as required, both inside and outside.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
