He prayed for the acceptance of the prayers and sacrifices made by the Pakistani nation and the global Muslim community, expressing hope that such blessed days return repeatedly.

Emphasizing the deeper meaning of Eid, Shehbaz said it is not only about animal sacrifice but symbolizes the surrender of personal desires and interests for greater collective goals. He added that the spirit of sacrifice instills patience, courage, and altruism, which are essential for a nation’s progress.

The prime minister stressed the need for unity and collective effort as Pakistan advances on the path of development, noting that true success comes through sacrifice, as seen during national crises when the nation stood united.

He urged citizens to fulfill their economic and social responsibilities, stressing that national progress demands prioritizing collective well-being over individual gain.

Calling attention to global injustices, Shehbaz expressed solidarity with Palestinians facing inhumane conditions and with Kashmiris enduring decades of oppression in their struggle for self-determination. He reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering support for both causes.

He concluded by encouraging all Pakistanis to work together for a future built on unity, brotherhood, and national interest, praying for true happiness and strength to embody the real spirit of Eid-ul-Adha
