Details have emerged from the recent meeting between Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari about 27th amendment.
Bilawal visited PM Shehbaz in Lahore to discuss the political situation. During the meeting, Shehbaz acknowledged the collective efforts of allied parties in passing the 26th amendment, saying, “We’ve always been committed to serving the people and will continue to do so.” He also noted that positive economic progress has begun to lower inflation.

Bilawal emphasized working together to strengthen democracy and Parliament, highlighting that the 26th amendment helps prevent anti-democratic influences.
According to reports, the two leaders agreed to move forward with the 27th amendment, which will focus on provincial rights. They plan to consult Maulana Fazlur Rehman, MQM, and other political parties for support.
