PM Claims Indian-Supported ‘Fitnat-ul-Hind’ Responsible for Khuzdar School Bus Attack

PM Shehbaz Sharif Blames Indian-Supported Group Fitnat-ul-Hind for Khuzdar School Bus Attack

QUETTA — Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday identified the Indian-backed terrorist group Fitnat-ul-Hind as responsible for the recent cowardly attack on a school bus in Khuzdar, Balochistan.

Following the tragic incident, PM Shehbaz and Field Marshal Gen Syed Asim Munir made an emergency visit to Quetta, where they toured the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) to meet the injured children and other victims.

Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti and Quetta Corps Commander briefed the premier and Gen Munir on the details of the attack. Expressing deep sorrow, the prime minister, military leadership, and federal ministers mourned the loss of innocent lives.

During the visit, PM Shehbaz chaired a high-level security meeting, emphasizing the government’s unwavering determination to eliminate terrorism in the province. The session highlighted the urgent need for decisive action against all terrorist networks operating in the region.

Condemning the attack as a “shameful act by Indian-sponsored terrorists,” the prime minister affirmed that such brutal incidents would not weaken national resolve. “The nefarious designs of terrorists will never succeed. The Pakistani nation stands united with its armed forces and security agencies on all fronts,” he stated.

PM Shehbaz criticized the targeting of innocent children as a sign of “moral bankruptcy,” directly accusing India of backing such atrocities. “India’s deliberate attacks on children mark a new low in its ongoing campaign of aggression,” he said.

Reaffirming Pakistan’s commitment to peace and stability, the prime minister pledged to expose India’s malicious activities on the international stage. “We will bring these terrorists and their facilitators to justice,” he vowed.

He also noted how terrorist groups acting as proxies for India exploit ethnic differences to create discord. “These militants dishonor the noble values of the Baloch and Pashtun peoples,” PM Shehbaz added.
