The PlayStation status page confirms that services like PlayStation Store, PlayStation Video, and PlayStation Direct are unavailable, impacting all PSN-connected devices, including PS VR, PS Vita, and web access.

Frustrated users took to Reddit, highlighting the poor timing as the second beta for Monster Hunter Wilds was released. One user called it “the worst possible time for maintenance.”

The outage’s cause remains uncertain, with speculation ranging from server overload to a possible DDoS attack. Sony has not provided an update on when services will be restored.
