Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has introduced a new initiative to simplify the ticket purchasing process for passengers. According to the airline’s spokesperson, travelers can now buy their tickets using JazzCash, in addition to existing payment options. A formal agreement has been signed between PIA and JazzCash officials to implement this service.
With the addition of JazzCash, passengers can now pay for tickets using cash, credit cards, or mobile wallets, making transactions more accessible and efficient. This move is expected to benefit a broader customer base by offering greater flexibility in payment methods.

PIA’s spokesperson reiterated that ensuring passenger convenience remains a top priority for the airline. Alongside digital payment enhancements, PIA is also expanding its flight operations.
