In a heartfelt act of patriotism, Javed Afridi, Chairman of Peshawar Zalmi and the Zalmi Foundation, has pledged PKR 50 million in honor of Pakistan’s Air Defenders for their role in preventing a crisis during the recent India-Pakistan tensions.
The announcement comes amid the suspension of PSL Season 10 due to rising security concerns, including drone activity near Rawalpindi Stadium. Afridi praised the armed forces for their bravery, stating that the tribute goes beyond words and reflects national pride and gratitude.
