Lahore, May 26, 2025 – The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has unveiled a revamped team management lineup ahead of the upcoming T20I series against Bangladesh, set to begin on May 28.

In a significant shake-up, Assistant Coach Azhar Mahmood has been removed from his position. The PCB has introduced several new faces in the coaching staff as part of its restructuring efforts.

Australian coach Ashley Noffke has been appointed as the new bowling coach, bringing international experience to the role. Hanif Malik will serve as the batting coach, while Mohammad Masroor has been named the fielding coach.

Naveed Akram Cheema retains his position as team manager, continuing in the role he has held through multiple national assignments.

The PCB has also confirmed Cliff Deacon as the physiotherapist, while Imranullah will oversee the players’ fitness as the strength and conditioning coach.

The new management setup reflects PCB’s intent to reset team dynamics ahead of a crucial international series and upcoming global tournaments. The T20I series against Bangladesh will be closely watched as Pakistan seeks to build momentum and test new combinations under the refreshed backroom staff.
