According to reports, Azam Khan violated Article 2.4 of the PCB’s Code of Conduct and failed to adhere to the code despite being instructed by an umpire.
In a concise press release, the PCB stated, “The 50 percent fine imposed on Azam Khan by match officials has been reevaluated and lifted by the Pakistan Cricket Board.”

The press release further explained, “Azam was found to have breached Article 2.4 of the PCB Code of Conduct For Players and Players Support Personnel due to repeated failure to comply with the instruction or directive of an umpire during a match.”
During the National T20 Cup match between Karachi Whites and Lahore Blues at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi, Azam Khan, a player for Karachi Whites, received a 50% match fee fine from match officials for violating the PCB’s code of conduct.
It is important to note that players and team officials are not allowed to wear or display any items or convey personal messages through their equipment without prior approval from the player or Team Officials Association and the PCB Cricket Operations and Department.
