[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]According to the 2019 constitution, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has yet to fulfil its legal obligation of paying the salaries of coaches for the six cricket associations. Coaches have reportedly not been paid for four months, raising serious concerns.
While the domestic setup has changed since Najam Sethi’s appointment as PCB chairman, the coaches involved in the previous setup have been struggling because they have not received their salaries for several months.

However, PCB officials have refuted this claim, claiming that 87 of the 150 coaches have already received their full salaries. However, a few coaches are still owed money, which the PCB is working to resolve.
According to PCB sources, the outstanding salaries of 28 coaches will be paid in full this week, while the remaining 35 coaches working with the associations will be paid by the end of April.
Salary delays can be difficult for coaches because they rely on the money to make ends meet. The PCB should ensure that all coaches’ salaries are paid on time and without delay, in accordance with their legal obligations.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
