The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has approved NOCs for several players, including Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi, and Mohammad Rizwan, allowing them to participate in various international leagues.
Babar Azam has been granted permission to play in the Big Bash League from December 14 to January 28, with Shaheen Afridi and Mohammad Rizwan also cleared for the same period.

Kashif Ali received an NOC to join Kent County Cricket Club, while Mohammad Amir has been permitted to play for Essex County until July 18.
Shan Masood will represent Leicestershire until September 1, and Hasan Ali has been allowed to play for Warwickshire County until September 30.
Additionally, Mohammad Abbas has an NOC valid until July 2, and Khurram Shehzad until September 27 for county cricket.
Mohammad Nawaz has secured NOCs for both the Guyana Super League and the CPL. Khawaja Nafi has been cleared for the Global Super League, while Mohammad Hassan Khan and Haris Rauf have also been granted NOCs.
