ISPR Director General Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, joined by senior officers from the Air Force and Navy, held a press conference to discuss Pakistan’s response to Indian aggression through Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsoos.

He stated, “Alhamdulillah, the Pakistan Armed Forces have kept their promise to the nation. India initiated unprovoked aggression, causing innocent Pakistani lives to be lost. In retaliation, we launched Operation Bunyan-ul-Marsoos.”

Lt Gen Chaudhry honored the martyrs and emphasized three commitments made by the military to the nation: a strong response, selecting the timing and nature of retaliation, and ensuring global recognition. “The Pakistan Army targeted 26 military sites, including radar systems and BrahMos missile bases in Uri, Poonch, Suratgarh, and Pathankot,” he added.

He confirmed successful strikes on India’s S-400 missile systems at two locations and discussed cyberattacks that disrupted Indian military operations. “Our retaliation was precise, calculated, and highlighted our technological superiority—merely a glimpse of our full capabilities,” he remarked.

The DG ISPR expressed gratitude to the Prime Minister and the cabinet for their crucial decisions during this critical period, acknowledged the nation’s and media’s support, and warned, “Any further violation of our sovereignty will be met with a comprehensive, decisive response.”

He also accused India of involvement in terrorism inside Pakistan, particularly during the country’s heightened focus on the eastern border, vowing to respond forcefully to such actions.
