Youth Empowerment Forum 2025 Opens Applications for Global Leadership Program in Geneva
The Youth Empowerment Forum (YEF) 2025 has officially opened applications, calling on young changemakers from around the world to take part in a transformative leadership event in Geneva, Switzerland, from September 4 to 7, 2025.
Organized by the Center for Global Dialogue and Leadership (CGDL), YEF aligns with both the EU Youth Strategy 2019–2027 and the UN’s Youth2030 Strategy, emphasizing youth-driven impact, sustainability, and cross-border collaboration.

Who Can Apply?
YEF 2025 is open to individuals aged 16 to 46, regardless of nationality or prior experience. Eligible participants include:
- Students and recent graduates
- Young professionals
- NGO/civil society members
- Journalists, researchers, and think tank members
- Anyone passionate about sustainable development and global change
No IELTS or language certifications required.
Selection Criteria
Applicants will be selected based on:
- Demonstrated interest in leadership and youth empowerment
- Motivation and communication skills
- Engagement in public policy, international affairs, or sustainability
- Dedication to inclusion, diversity, and impact

- 40 Fully Funded Seats (highly competitive)
- 30 Partially Funded Seats
- 30 Forum Admission Seats (guaranteed entry)
- 50 Self-Funded Seats (guaranteed entry)
