Ali Saif, the son of Pakistan’s former IT Minister Dr. Umer Saif, has made a remarkable achievement by becoming the first Pakistani student in 30 years to be selected for the Research Science Institute (RSI) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). RSI is among the most competitive summer programs globally, aimed at exceptional high school students passionate about scientific research. The program’s acceptance rate is just 2%, making Ali’s selection a significant milestone.
