Dubai-based Pakistani expat Irshad Gull has won Dh50,000 in the UAE lottery through the popular Big Ticket draw, marking a joyful moment after years of patience and hope. Gull, who works at a desert safari tourism company, has been living in Dubai for the past 23 years.
