Pakistani Forces Killed Afghan Involved in Cross-Border Terrorism

Pakistani security forces eliminated an Afghan national linked to terrorism during an operation in North Waziristan’s Datta Khel area.

According to the ISPR, the individual, identified as Luqman Khan alias Nusrat, was killed in Afghanistan’s Khost Province on February 6 while involved in terrorist activities targeting Pakistan. Authorities are coordinating with the Afghan Interim Government to transfer his body.

The military emphasized that this incident highlights Afghan nationals’ role in terrorism on Pakistani soil and urged Afghan authorities to prevent their territory from being used for such acts.

This operation follows another incident in Balochistan’s Sambaza area, where an Afghan national involved in terrorism was also killed. The incidents underscore ongoing security tensions, with Pakistan calling for stronger Afghan action against cross-border terrorism.
