Pakistani Couple Killed in UAE Car Crash; 3-Year-Old Survives Miraculously

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]A Pakistani couple was killed in a car accident in Al Ain, UAE, while their 3-year-old boy remains hospitalised with serious injuries. The family was driving from Al Ain to Dubai following a day excursion when the husband fell asleep behind the wheel.

The bodies of the deceased have been taken to Pakistan, according to Pakistani Ambassador to the UAE Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, after the embassy issued the appropriate documentation for their repatriation.

The ambassador also stated that the embassy’s welfare attache is in contact with the deceased’s families in both the UAE and Pakistan.

He said that the couple’s child is still in intensive care, but that preparations will be made for him to meet his relatives once he recovers.

Before the couple’s bodies were repatriated to Pakistan, a large number of Al Ain locals and relatives gathered to pay their final respects. The ambassador also confirmed that the couple’s funeral and interment had taken place.
