TTP member killed by Punjab CTD; 11 others detained
During intelligence-based operations (IBOs) across Punjab, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) claimed on Saturday to have killed a suspected terrorist purportedly affiliated with the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in an encounter and detained 11 additional TTP members from various towns.
In order to combat the threat of terrorism, the Punjab CTD reportedly conducted 26 IBOs in various areas throughout the province and questioned 26 people. Irfan Ullah, a suspected TTP terrorist, was slain during these IBOs, and 11 further members of the prohibited organisations were detained.

The spokeswoman added that during the current week, 564 combing operations were carried out with the assistance of neighbourhood police and LEAs. 93 persons were arrested, 61 FIRs were filed, and up to 26,192 people were checked. He reported that 56 things were also found during
