Earlier, on the opening day, M. Ali Rashid and M. Yousaf Ali secured a bronze medal in the men’s duo event. Meanwhile, Isra Waseem and Kainat Arif also earned bronze in the women’s duo category, marking a strong start for Pakistan’s campaign.
