Pakistan has launched the second phase of receiving Hajj 2026 applications through the Ministry’s online portal and designated banks, continuing until Saturday.
This stage allows unregistered applicants to apply, while overseas Pakistanis can submit applications via a close relative through designated banks. Those abroad must provide medical fitness certificates upon arrival.
In the first phase, over 71,000 applications were received under the government scheme. The second phase will run from August 11 to 16, with applications requiring the first installment of expenses.
Under the new policy, 70% of the quota is for the government scheme and 30% for private operators, with Pakistan’s total Hajj quota set at 179,210 pilgrims—pending Saudi approval.
