Pakistan Navy Chief Admiral Naveed Ashraf, the chief guest, praised the parents for instilling a sense of service in their children. He acknowledged the Pakistan Naval Academy for providing high-quality training and expressed optimism that cadets from friendly nations would become ambassadors, strengthening bonds between countries. Admiral Ashraf also addressed the evolving nature of warfare, highlighting the importance of countering disinformation through social media. In total, the passing-out contingent included 60 cadets from Pakistan, 27 from Saudi Arabia, and one from Bahrain.
