Pakistan Forces Repels Terrorist Assault On Gwadar Port

In Quetta, security forces successfully repelled a terrorist assault on the Gwadar Port Authority (GPA) complex on Wednesday, resulting in the elimination of all eight attackers. According to reports, the banned organization BLA orchestrated the thwarted attack.

The militants endeavored to infiltrate the GPA complex, but security forces promptly neutralized them, preventing any significant damage. Earlier, gunfire and explosions were reported near the complex, prompting security forces to swiftly surround the area and engage the militants in a gun battle.

Confirming the incident, the Chief Minister of Balochistan stated that eight terrorists had attempted to target the Gwadar Port Authority complex that day. He affirmed that all assailants had been neutralized by the security forces. In a social media post, he conveyed a resolute message, emphasizing that those resorting to violence would face unwavering opposition from the state.

Furthermore, he commended the bravery of all law enforcement personnel who valiantly defended Pakistan during the attack.
