Pakistan has denounced the violence perpetrated by Israel in Lebanon and urged for United Nations intervention in the conflict-ridden area.
The Foreign Office released a statement condemning the recent escalation of Israeli military actions in the Middle East, particularly in Lebanon. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) expressed concern over Israel’s continuous attacks on civilian populations and its blatant violations of international law.

The statement emphasized that, in recent days, Israeli forces have repeatedly violated Lebanon’s sovereignty by targeting civilian areas, jeopardizing the country’s stability and security.
Islamabad extended sincere condolences to the victims’ families and the people of Lebanon affected by these attacks. It also noted a significant escalation following the killing of the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, which has heightened tensions in the region.
The Pakistani government and people reaffirmed their solidarity with Lebanon, calling on the United Nations Security Council to take urgent action to curb Israel’s military actions and restore peace in the Middle East.
