The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced its 15-member ODI Squad for the upcoming three-match series against Bangladesh. The matches will be held at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka from March 11 to 15.
Pakistan is scheduled to arrive in Bangladesh on March 8. A practice session is planned for March 10 to help the players prepare. Fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi has been named captain of the ODI Squad for this tour.
The squad includes six uncapped players: Abdul Samad, Maaz Sadaqat, Muhammad Ghazi Ghori, Saad Masood, Sahibzada Farhan, and Shamyl Hussain. Four of these new players—Abdul Samad, Maaz Sadaqat, Saad Masood, and Shamyl Hussain—recently represented the Pakistan Shaheens against England Lions in Abu Dhabi.

PCB aims to strike a balance between experienced players and fresh talent in the ODI Squad. The inclusion of uncapped players offers an opportunity to test new talent ahead of future international series.
Fans will closely watch how the young players perform under Shaheen Afridi’s leadership. The series in Dhaka provides a chance for Pakistan to rebuild confidence and regain momentum after the T20 World Cup setbacks.
