Pakistan Advances to Semi-Finals of Men's Junior Hockey Asia Cup Unbeaten

Pakistan Secures Semi-Final Spot in Men’s Junior Hockey Asia Cup with 4-1 Win Over Malaysia

Pakistan booked their place in the semi-finals of the Men’s Junior Hockey Asia Cup in Oman on Sunday after defeating Malaysia 4-1. The Green Shirts continued their dominant performance in the tournament, with Muhamad Sufiyan Khan playing a pivotal role by scoring a hat-trick.

Sufiyan opened the scoring early in the match with a penalty corner, setting the tone for Pakistan’s commanding performance. Abdul Qayyum added a second goal in the 51st minute, securing a comprehensive win for Pakistan.

Following the victory, Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) President Mir Tariq Hussain Bugti and PHF Secretary General Olympian Mujahid Ali Khan congratulated the team for their excellent performance and for securing their spot in the semi-finals.

Pakistan will now face Japan in the semi-final on December 3 (Tuesday), as they look to continue their strong run in the tournament.
