Pak vs NZ series decider to begin today

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text dp_text_size=”size-4″]Today at the National Stadium, Pakistan will play New Zealand in the third and final One-Day International (ODI) in the three-match series, trying to maintain their impressive home record (Friday).

At 1-1, the series is deadlocked. Pakistan has never lost an ODI series at home against the Kiwis, with the exception of a single ODI series in 1976–1977.

The Green Shirts will have won their fourth straight series if they defeat New Zealand in today’s final ODI.

Pakistan won at home against Australia 2-1, the West Indies 3-0, and the Netherlands 3-0 in 2017.

On Wednesday, New Zealand defeated Pakistan by 79 runs to tie the series. The second wicket partnership between captain Kane Williamson (85) and Devon Conway (101) helped the visitors achieve 261 runs.

On the other side, the New Zealand team lost their final eight wickets for 65 runs during the middle overs. New Zealand’s progress toward an enormous target was stopped by Mohammad Nawaz’s superb bowling for 4-38.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
