PAF Training Jet Crashes in Vehari, Pilots Safe

A Pakistan Air Force training aircraft crashed near Vehari’s Ratta Tibba area on Tuesday due to a technical fault during a routine training mission. Thankfully, both pilots managed to eject safely, sustaining only minor injuries.

The jet went down in agricultural fields near Laddan Road, damaging crops but causing no civilian casualties. Eyewitnesses described hearing a loud explosion followed by thick smoke rising from the crash site. Locals rushed to the scene and assisted the pilots upon landing.

Rescue teams, district authorities, and security personnel promptly arrived to manage the situation and secure the area. The crash site was quickly cordoned off for safety and investigative purposes.

A spokesperson for the Pakistan Air Force confirmed the crash and stated that a board of inquiry has been constituted to investigate the cause of the incident.
