PAF Launches Strategic Cyber Offensive Against Indian Air Force’s Northern Command
The Pakistan Air Force’s (PAF) cyber warfare unit has reportedly launched a prolonged cyberattack targeting the Indian Air Force’s Northern Air Command in Indian-occupied Kashmir, according to security sources on Saturday morning.
Reports indicate that PAF’s cyber team has been conducting coordinated digital operations for over five hours, directly targeting network IPs linked to Indian military infrastructure.
“These are strategic cyber strikes aimed at crippling the enemy’s communication and coordination systems,” said a senior Pakistani defence official on the condition of anonymity.
Sources reveal that the repeated targeting of India’s digital assets has disrupted the command-and-control systems of the Indian Air Force’s northern sector, potentially causing delays in operational planning and execution.
The attack underscores a new dimension of modern warfare in the ongoing India-Pakistan conflict, as cyber capabilities emerge as key tools in disabling adversary functions without physical confrontation.
