Nooh Dastgir’s transition from weightlifting to powerlifting has been marked by resilience and a relentless pursuit of excellence. After debuting at the Asian Powerlifting Championship in Uzbekistan, where he set an Asian record with a 400 kg squat and secured a silver medal in bench press, Nooh is now focused on the World Classic Open Powerlifting Championships in Germany and the World Games in China next year.
