Nine Indian-Sponsored Terrorists Eliminated in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Operations

Security forces have successfully neutralised nine India-backed terrorists in a series of intelligence-based operations across Dera Ismail Khan, Tank, and Khyber districts of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, the military’s media wing, ISPR, confirmed.

According to the ISPR, the operations were launched on the night between Saturday and Sunday, targeting members of the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), referred to as “Khwarij.” The terrorists were killed during intense exchanges of fire, and a cache of weapons and ammunition was recovered from their possession.

In separate operations, four terrorists were eliminated in Dera Ismail Khan, two in Tank, and three in the Khyber district’s Bagh area. These individuals were reportedly involved in numerous terrorist attacks in the region.

President Asif Zardari praised the security forces for their precision and commitment, reaffirming the state’s resolve to eliminate terrorism in all its forms. He stated that operations against terrorist elements would continue until peace was fully restored.
