Nikki Bella, the former WWE superstar, has filed for divorce from her husband, “Dancing With The Stars” professional Artem Chigvintsev, after his arrest for domestic violence. The couple, who have been married for two years, share a 4-year-old son named Matteo.
According to court documents, Bella filed for divorce on Wednesday, just under two weeks after Chigvintsev was arrested on August 29th for felony corporal injury to a spouse or cohabitant, following reports of visible injuries on Bella.

Sources close to the pair told TMZ that the divorce could be contentious. Bella has reportedly removed her wedding ring and is currently living with Matteo in their family home in Napa Valley, while Chigvintsev is staying with a friend.
The couple first met in 2017 on “Dancing With The Stars,” got engaged in January 2020, and tied the knot in Paris in August 2022.
This recent turn of events brings a sorrowful end to what was once a celebrated relationship, leaving fans and followers to wonder about the future for both Bella, Chigvintsev, and their young son.
