PML-N President Nawaz Sharif will host a dinner for PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto and JUI head Fazlur Rehman at Jati Umra today (Wednesday).
Fazlur Rehman has arrived in Lahore for a meeting with former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to discuss the proposed constitutional amendments.

Following a four-hour meeting in Karachi yesterday, the Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) reached an agreement on the amendments.
During a joint press conference in Karachi, Fazlur Rehman and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari announced their consensus on the proposed changes to the constitution. Fazlur Rehman praised Bilawal for the collaborative effort, stating, “I will meet Nawaz Sharif today.”
Bilawal mentioned that the PML-N would also be invited to support the finalized draft by JUI-F and PPP. He expressed hope that their agreement would pave the way for future negotiations, emphasizing, “Hopefully, our draft of amendments will pass through the house with consensus.”
The JUI leader also indicated plans to meet with PTI leadership, stating, “We will do our utmost to present a unanimous draft of the amendment.” However, he declined to answer a question regarding any agreement on a constitutional court or bench.
